The KOICA Fellowship & Training programme is dedicated to support partner countries to secure human resources for their development. The main objective of the programme is to share technical skills and knowledge in addition to building capacities for sustainable socio-economic development.
Since 1991, KOICA has invited over 754 Jordanian officials to partake in the programmes in Korea to learn about Korea's development experience, and to acquire new technical skills for assisting Jordan’s human resources development.
